DELIVERY TIMES: Our products are shipped from our European warehouses (Germany, Poland) within 1 to 2 working days. You will receive your order within 5 to 10 working days in mainland France. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is dispatched. DELIVERY CHARGES: Standard €4.90 in mainland France. Free delivery from €49 purchase. PRODUCT RETURNS: You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind (legal right of withdrawal, art. L221-18 of the Consumer Code). The product must be returned unused in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is defective. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: You are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. We will send you a replacement product or give you a full refund, including return shipping costs. SECURE PAYMENT: Payment is processed via Stripe (PCI-DSS certified) or PayPal. No bank details are stored on our site. ORDER TRACKING: You will receive a confirmation email, then an email with a tracking number upon dispatch. You can also log in to your customer account. DROPSHIPPING: Yes, we work with partner European warehouses. We do not practice direct shipping from China. APPROVED PRODUCTS: We do not sell approved personal protective equipment (helmets, certified motorcycle gloves). Our range focuses on accessories, luggage, communication, comfort, and style.
