- Have made a prior written complaint to AZOTH (contact@wearazoth.com) that remained unsatisfactorily answered for 2 months
- 2. Contact the mediator within one year from this written complaint
- 3. Create an online file on the mediator's website (free of charge)

APPLICABLE LAW
Any dispute relating to a purchase on wearazoth.com is subject to French law.
