RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS, NO JUSTIFICATION NEEDED

 

In accordance with articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

 

HOW IT WORKS

 

  1. You send us an email to contact@wearazoth.com with:
  2. - Your order number (AZ-XXXXX)
  3. - The product concerned
  4. - The reason (optional, but helps us improve the catalog)

2. We confirm and send you the return address within 24 hours

 

3. You return the product to us:

  • New, unused, in its original packaging
  • - With all accessories provided
  • - Return shipping costs at your expense (unless it's our error)

4. Upon receipt and verification (within 7 business days), we will refund you:

  • By the same payment method as your order
  • - Within a maximum of 14 days from our receipt

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

 

  • Sealed products opened for hygiene reasons (rare in our catalog)
  • - Products customized upon request

LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

 

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from:

  • 2 years legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code)
  • - Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)

If your product breaks down or proves defective within 2 years: contact@wearazoth.com. We will replace or refund.
